Lynn Finnegan
Coming from a background in kitchen/bath design and sales turned out to be the perfect segue into real estate. Even at 11 years old, I was drawing floor plans and elevations for houses and cutting out furniture from catalogues to place in my creations. My passion has evolved into helping individuals and families obtain homeownership and create wealth through a tried and true investment, which is a very fulfilling job for me.
I hesitantly moved to San Francisco in 1997 after marrying my husband, Tom. I didn't know the city that well, and it seemed so complex and intimidating. Now, three daughters, two houses, and 20+ years later, I can't imagine living anywhere else. Every neighborhood has its unique qualities, and I find nothing is ever more than a few minutes away. So, it is only natural for me to have a clear picture of the local market.
Since becoming an agent in 2004, I have had the opportunity to work with buyers and sellers in an array of transactions which has further strengthened my negotiating and marketing skills. My experience covers single-family homes, condos, TIC's and multifamily properties. I have worked with individuals selling investment properties, as well as their family home of 40 years. I always seek different perspectives from my fellow colleagues with their diverse real estate backgrounds and specialties. But what really sets me apart is my ability to interpret my clients' needs through frequent and thoughtful communication, my attention to detail, and my tireless efforts to help them reach their real estate goals. Nick Cooper

Having lived in both Marin and San Francisco for many years, Nick has an intimate knowledge of the neighborhoods and homes. With this knowledge, Nick is able to provide valuable insight as clients determine the location and type of home best suiting their lifestyle needs and desires.
During his career, Nick has been able to create a vast network of relationships with many agents in the market. With access to this network, Nick is able to provide clients invaluable market intel not available to the general public.
Commitment to philanthropy is at the core of Nick’s career. As the founder of social enterprise Home For A Home, Nick donates a considerable portion of his earnings to fund the construction of homes for those in need in Guatemala.

Having lived in both San Francisco and Marin, Kathleen brings first-hand knowledge of neighborhoods, properties and lifestyles to clients.
Before working in real estate, Kathleen practiced law in San Francisco. The skills and experience she gained as an attorney are directly applicable to her work in real estate and focus on client relationships.
Jo Anne Santarromana

Jo Anne began her career in real estate over 20 years ago as a mortgage loan officer and, in 2009, began working alongside top-producing agents. Since then, she has been involved in over $600M in residential real estate sales. Serving a wide range of clientele from starter homes to luxury properties, Jo Anne is able to bring expertise to both the details and big picture of each real estate transaction.
Jo Anne takes pride in her high-touch client service. Her around-the-clock accessibility, obsession with details, and caring nature is her formula to provide her clients with a smooth experience from the start of their home journey, to the close of escrow and beyond the real estate transaction.
Born and raised in the Bay Area and a resident of San Francisco for over 2 decades, Jo Anne loves where she lives. Jo Anne and her husband are proud parents to their 15-year-old daughter and are committed to raising her in their favorite city, San Francisco. Jo Anne is very involved with her daughter’s school and believes in the importance of supporting public school education. When she is not working, you'll find Jo Anne hanging out with her family and their dog Ram Beau, roaming the city, or traveling the world.
