Coming from a background in kitchen and bath design and sales turned out to be the perfect segue into real estate. Even at 11 years old, I was drawing floor plans, elevations for houses, and cutting out furniture from catalogues to place in my creations. My passion has evolved into helping individuals and families obtain homeownership and create wealth through a tried and true investment which is a very fulfilling job for me.

I hesitantly moved to San Francisco in 1997 after marrying my husband, Tom. I didn't know the City that well and it seemed so complex and intimidating. Now, 3 daughters, 2 houses and 14 years later, I can't imagine living anywhere else. Every neighborhood has its uniqueness, and I find nothing is ever more than a few minutes away. So, it is only natural for me, living in West Portal myself, to have a clear picture of the local market.
 
Since joining Barbagelata Real Estate in 2004, I have had the opportunity to work with buyers and sellers in an array of transactions. My experience covers single family homes, condos, TIC's and multifamily properties. I have worked with individuals selling investment properties as well as families selling the family home after 40 years.  As a  Barbagelata team member,  I can always seek different perspectives from my fellow colleagues with their diverse real estate backgrounds and specialties.
